Anyone driving from factory, yard or garage exits, from country lanes, cycle paths, parking lots, petrol stations and the like, or via a sidewalk to a main or side street, must grant the users of these streets the right of way.

For vehicles from the fire brigade, medical staff and the police, which announce themselves through blue lights and sirens, all road users must give them priority, also at traffic regulation zones and at traffic lights. If it is impossible to give immediate release of the road, the drivers must move to the footpath, with the necessary caution.
