The intersecting traffic has red light. Yellow, dormant light means: Yellow flashing light warns the driver for special caution. A yellow flashing light is for example used to warn against construction sites or dangerous obstacles on the road. A yellow flashing light is also used when the traffic light systems are switched off. Black arrows on a white additional board under traffic lights indicate that these lights are valid only for the indicated direction. The junction may only be used in the indicated direction. The signals "Stop" (301) and "No right of way" (302) are only to be observed at junctions with traffic lights, if the traffic is not controlled by the traffic lights.
