8 Rules for motor vehicles with a maximum speed of up to 45 km/h and agricultural motor vehicles Passengers on agricultural vehicles On agricultural motor vehicles and trailers, children aged up to the age of 7, must be supervised by a passenger who is more than 14 years old, or travel in a child seat. In short distance travel, on agricultural vehicles and trailers, persons on the loading bridge or cargo may also be carried, if adequate protection is ensured and the approved places are not sufficient. Permissible journeys for agricultural motor vehicles With agricultural motor vehicles and trailers, only agricultural journeys may be carried out on public roads, namely: a. Transport of goods in connection with the management of a farm. b. Transfer operations from work station to work station or during the purchase and maintenance of vehicles etc. c. Transport of persons in connection with the management of an agricultural enterprise.9 Basic rules in traffic Vehicles must drive on the right, on wide roads within the right half of the lane. Every road user must behave in such a way, that he does not hinder or endanger others, in the proper use of the road. If there are signs that a road user will not behave properly, or in the case of children, invalids and old people, special attention is required.
